A few X-ray films- 2013-2002:

Comments:

1. The panoramic X-ray film - January 2013.

2. Stramann Soft Tissue Level iImplants with SLActive surface were placed in 2005-2009.

3. Immediate implants - 1.4, 1.5 -Straumann TE implants- 2005.

4. Transalveolar sinuslift with Bio-Oss and simultaneous implant placement in the 1.6 area.

5. Two Bone Level (SLActive) implants were placed in the 2.6 and 2.4 area in July 2011.

Transalveolar sinus lift with Bio-Oss was done in the 2.6 area.

6. All implants are osseointegrated. The patient and the clinicians are happy with the result at the moment. :)

 

Comments:

1. Full ceramic restorations (Cercon) on Straumann SLActive implants are in function during 1 year.

1. The periapical X-ray film was made on the 29th of November 2011.

2. The implant (#1.3 FDI) and the original final restoration have been functioning during 9 years.

3. It's a Straumann implant with TPS surface height10 mm, RN, d 4.1mm.

4. The patient and the clinicians are happy with the aesthetic and functional result. :) (Clinical photo will be sent to the server as far as possible)

 

 

 

 

Comments:

1. All implants were placed during summer 2011.

2. All implants (execpt 1.4) are Straumann Bone Level implants with SLActive endosteal surface.

3. Immediate implantation was performed in the 1.4 area. Straumann TE implant d 4.1 mm, RN, SLActive 12 mm was used.

4. Bone Level Roxolid implant d 3.3mm, NC, SLActive 10 mm and 8 mm were placed in 2.4, 2.5 area. Immediate implantation were performed in 2.4 area.

5. X-ray film was performed in November 2011 - just before prosthodontic treatment. All implants are osseointegrated at that moment. The surgeon :) is happy with the surgical phase of treatment.

1.All implants are Straumann implants with SLActive surface.

2.X-ray film was made in May of 2008 - 1 month in function of final restoration.

3. Implants in positions #33, #34, #46 are TE. They were placed immediately after extractions of the corresponding teeth.

4. Immediate provisional restoration on implants in positions #42, #33, #34 was fixed in 3 days after implant surgery. Temporary abutments were used.

5.Provisional restoration stayed in place during 3 months before the final restoraton was fixed.

6.Final restoration is full ceramic (CERCON® - Smart Ceramics).

7. The patient and the clinicians are happy with the aesthetic and functional result. :)
